What a Listing Agent does at Howard Hanna
Real estate sales in Greenville, SC, backed by the largest family-owned brokerage in the country. As a Listing Agent you will:
- Convert company-generated leads and build your own pipeline of buyers and sellers
- List homes: pricing strategy, marketing, photography and open houses handled with our in-house team
- Represent buyers from the first showing through inspections, appraisal and closing
- Negotiate offers, repairs and contract terms on behalf of your clients
- Grow a referral business in your community with our relocation, mortgage, title and insurance partners

Requirements
What are the job requirements?
- A South Carolina real estate license, or the willingness to earn one with our help
- Sales, customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, not a requirement
- Self-motivated, coachable and comfortable with technology and social media
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends, full-time or part-time
